Thank you for taking the time to browse our site. Our goal is to make your shopping experience a pleasurable and enjoyable one. We have outlined below the most common types of questions we are asked.     How do I order? top

    Browse through the listings to see what you like.  For a larger image click on the listing photo.
    Then simply add the quantity required, then click the 'Order' button. 
    You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart to complete checkout - or click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to browse for more products before completing checkout.

    When you are ready simply double check your order and quantities, select your delivery option and enter any voucher codes.  Then click on 'Go to Payment' to complete the process.

    Once checkout is complete you will receive an order invoice, and if you have paid via PayPal you will also receive a confirmation email from them.
    If you are paying via Bank Transfer you will receive the payment details with your order invoice.

    How do I pay for my order? top

    We accept Credit cards via PAYPAL or you can pay by New Zealand Internet Bank Transfer within 3 days of order - unless otherwise arranged - and your purchase will be shipped once payment has cleared.  
    All orders un-paid for after this time will be automatically cancelled and the items returned to the website for sale.

    You do not need a PAYPAL account to process a payment, PAYPAL is one of the safest payment methods online.  You are not required to create a PAYPAL account to pay via this method.  Look for the option to pay directly by credit card as a PAYPAL guest.

    Payment must be received before the order can be dispatched. 

      

    How much does delivery cost? top

    Nationwide Delivery Tracked Courier Option: There is a set charge of $5 ~  for delivery to any part of New Zealand including PO Boxes.

    New Zealand Rural Delivery Tracked Courier Option: $9 ~ please select the other option if you wish to use New Zealand Parcel Post (untracked) for delivery.

    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (New Zealand wide) on orders over $100.00

    For orders to outlying islands of New Zealand (Stewart Island & Chatham Island) and international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote as the heavier your parcel the more it will cost for shipping.  
    Approximate cost examples for up to 200 gram weight:  USA $11.50, UK $13.50.

     

    How does your delivery process work? top

    Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and tracked via Fastway Couriers within New Zealand. 

    Please note Nationwide Delivery to Rural Addresses and PO Boxes are sent via standard NZ Parcel Post (not tracked). 
    Please select the Rural Delivery Courier option at checkout if you wish to use the courier service. 

    Our target delivery times are 1-2 working days within the South Island, and 2-4 working days to the North Island from date of dispatch.

    Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak times such as Christmas & New Years. We will advise by email of any delays expected with your order.

     

    Returns & Refunds top

    We are happy to exchange or give a full refund (less shipping costs) if goods are returned within 14 days - (21 days for international customers). This is providing the goods are in their original condition.
    If you are returning goods for exchange there will be an additional freight charge for your new goods.
    All returns will be sent at the cost and risk of the buyer and contact should be made before any items are returned.

    Items being returned must be in as new, unused and unwashed condition.

    If the goods are faulty or differ from your order we will replace it with no charge for shipping & handling.

     

     

    Are credit card transactions safe? top

    YES! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or store. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology - so that only we can read a buyer's personal information.

     

    Are my details kept private? top

    YES!  When you place an order with us, we need to know your name, telephone number, etc in order to process your order and to communicate with you regarding the status of your order.

    We GUARANTEE that we will not sell, lease, rent or share your personal information with any other party.

    We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Little Peanuts, our users, or others.

     

    Do you provide Giftwrapping? top

    We can giftwrap your order, just select the appropriate type during checkout.
    You can also request that a free card be included and type in a message which will be added to your card.

     

    Do you custom make items? top

    YES!

    We are always happy to help you out with an important custom order.  There a wide range of fabrics that you can choose from.  Please feel free to contact us with any queries.

    I live locally, can I pick my items up? top

    Yes you can!  Simply select the pick-up option from the shipping menu during checkout.

    Items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up.  And pick-up is from Arrowtown.
